Refund and Cancellation

Journal of Start Up Innovation and Management does not allow for refund or cancellation in the following cases:

I. In case an author decides to withdraw the paper post publication.

II. Once the payment of the processing fee is made, on receipt of the acceptance/confirmation mail.

Multiplicity of Payments / Extra Amount Debited

In case multiple payments have been made for the same manuscript or if an extra amount is debited from the author’s account, the extra amount received by JSIM will be refunded to the author’s bank account within 1-3 working days.
